摘要
目的评价综合护理干预在耳鼻咽喉手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的96例耳鼻咽喉手术患者按随机数字表法分为两组,对比两组患者患者术后疼痛情况及护理的满意度情况。结果手术后,观察组疼痛程度改善效果优于对照组,两组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理总满意度方面,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论耳鼻咽喉手术患者实施综合护理干预效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with ear nose and throat surgery. Methods 96 cases in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number table method, and compared the two groups of patients with postoperative pain and nursing satisfaction. Results After operation,the improvement effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups（P〈0.05）. In the general satisfaction of nursing,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with ENT surgery is remarkable.
