摘要
目的探讨综合护理干预在小儿高热惊厥中的效果。方法随机将98例高热惊厥患儿平均分为两组,对照组行常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上行综合护理。比较两组疗效。结果观察组惊厥消失时间、生理指标及复发率等方面均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预应用于小儿高热惊厥效果理想。
Objective To observe the effect of children with febrile convulsion treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. Methods We divided 98 patients into two groups, observation group used comprehensive nursing, and control group used routine nursing care. comparing efficacy of two groups. Results The disappearance time, the physiological index and the recurrence rate of observation group were significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with high fever convulsion is ideal.
