查对制度在手术室管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Check System in the Operating Room Management

目的探讨查对制度在手术室管理中的应用。方法对我院手术室2014年1月～2015年12月1 000例手术患者进行查对制度的干预效果进行分析。结果查对制度在手术室管理中应用提高了工作效率,避免差错事故,赢得患者及家属的满意。结论手术室管理应用查对制度降低了风险,提高了质量,使医务人员既保护了自己,又得到了患者及家属对手术室的信任,减少了不必要的医患矛盾。

Objective To discuss the application of check system in the operating room management. Methods 1 000 cases of patients that underwent surgery from January 2014 to December 2015 in the operating room in our hospital were collected,the intervention effect of check system were analyzed. Results Check system applied in the operating room management improved the working efficiency,avoided the mistake accident,and obtained satisfaction of the patients and family. Conclusion The application check system in the operating room management reduces risks,improves the quality of management,help medical staff to protect themselves and obtain the trust of patients and their families for the operating room,and reduces unnecessary conflicts.
