摘要
目的评价在门诊护理管理中运用优质服务的效果。方法选取我院门诊患者98例,分成常规护理组和优质护理组。对比进行护理干预后两组患者对护理工作的满意度、遵医行为优率和护患冲突的发生率。结果优质护理组患者对护理工作的满意度和遵医行为优率高于常规护理组,而护患冲突的发生率低于常规护理组。两组之间的数据的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理能够提高患者满意度,增强患者的遵医行为,减少护患冲突的发生,全面提高门诊护理管理质量,效果显著。
Objective To evaluate the effect of quality service nursing for outpatients. Methods Selected 98 cases in our hospital and divided into two groups :routine nursing group and high quality nursing group. After nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients about nursing work satisfaction and compliance behavior,quality and the rate of nurse patient conflict rate. Results In high quality nursing group,patients to nursing work satisfaction and compliance behavior and rate were higher than that of the conventional nursing group and nurse patient conflict incidence was lower than that of the conventional nursing group. The two groups of data had a big difference(P〈0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing care can improve patient satisfaction,and enhance the patients' compliance behavior and reduce nurse patient rushed The occurrence of the process, to improve the quality of outpatient care management, the effect is significant.
