摘要
为减弱固体型微生物肥料中细菌与载体的吸附作用,提高菌体的洗脱效率,以巨大芽孢杆菌为供试菌,褐煤为载体,研究不同温度、洗脱时间、pH、离子强度对菌体洗脱效率的影响,优化洗脱条件。结果显示:巨大芽孢杆菌的最佳洗脱条件为转速220 rpm、pH7.6、离子浓度20 m M。
The study aimed to weaken the adsorption between cartier and bacteria in solid microbial fertilizer and improve the elution efficiency of bacteria. Bacillus megaterium was used as the target bacteria. Brown coal was used as the carrier. We researched on the bacteria elution efficiency via using different temperature, elution time, speed, pH and ionic concentration and ultimately optimize the elution conditions. The results revealed that optimal elution condition for Bacillus megaterium was the rotate speed of 220 rpm, pH7.6 and ionic concentration of 20mM.
