室温固化低密度填充料的性能研究

摘要 对室温固化低密度填充料的固化行为进行了表征,确定其固化工艺,并对其耐各种环境性能进行测试。研究结果表明:制备的填充料具有良好的室温固化性能、优异的耐环境性能,强度保持率大于95%,经各种介质浸泡7d后的质量增加均小于1%。 The low density syntactic with room temperature curing were characterized to determine its curing process, and its resistance performance to various environmental was tested. The results show that the prepared filler material has room temperature curing properties, excellent environmental resistance with strength retention rate of more than 95%, and the increase in mass is less than 1% through immersing in a variety of media for seven days.
