摘要
从外植体、消毒方法、培养基、生长调节剂等方面,综述了国内在辣木组织培养技术上的研究进展。在此基础上针对一些问题进行探讨,旨在为辣木的研究和推广应用提供参考。
In this paper, a review of tissue culture techniques of Moringa oleifera Lam was made in the aspects of explant, disinfection method, medium and growth regulator. The problems of tissue culture techniques have been discussed. The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of Moringa oleifera Lain.
