黑龙江省高校数字化教育资源共建共享现状与对策研究

Research on the current situation and countermeasures of the co-construction and sharing of digital educational resources in colleges and universities of Heilongjiang province

随着近些年来网络的飞速变革与技术的不断完善,教育模式也出现了质的变化。信息资源的不断拓展与优质教育的联合推广,无疑将全民带入了教学资源创建的队伍里,教育资源信息共享这一理念在提升教学质量的进程中受到广泛关注。为了带动黑龙江省的教育发展,对黑龙江省高校的教育资源共建共享的现状进行了深入探究,提出未来共建共享的主要对策,希望这一课题可以进一步得到重视,持续化发展。

With the rapid changes and technology of network in recent years, the model of education has already had qualitative changes. The development of information resources and the combination of high quality education will undoubtedly make people into the team of creating teaching resource; realize the educational resources information sharing ideas in the process of improving the quality of teaching has attracted widespread attention. This paper does a further exploration in the current situation of the sharing the resources of college education in Heilongjiang province. Meanwhile this article has put forward the main countermeasures hoping to get with further attention and continued development.
