沟通是人与人之间相互信任的基础,而学生工作又是高校工作的重要组成部分,辅导员要始终站在学生工作的第一线,直接与学生面对面。由于辅导员所肩负的使命非常多,不仅要负责学生的教育教学,还要对学生进行管理和服务,由于不同阶段学生的学习任务和学习方式都是不同的,所以大学的辅导员与中学的辅导员之间存在很大差异。

Communication is based on mutual trust between people. Working with student affairs as an important part of college work requires the counselor stand in the forefront of work with students. Counselors are not only responsible for education, but also have management and service for students. There is a big difference between university and high school counselors due to different learning tasks and learning styles in different stages.
