Discussion on internal and external factors associated with the reform of college English teaching based on training mode of applied talents

从培养应用型人才的教育教学要求入手,阐述了已有的教学模式及教学过程呈现的问题,基于此,主要探讨应用型人才培养模式下的大学英语教学共核各模块改革内外关联因素,包括内部因素,教师因素,学生因素及教学过程运行;外部因素:人才培养方案的重新定义及教师知识结构的优化。

Starting from the education and teaching requirements, this paper elaborated the existing teaching mode and its issues, focused on internal and external factors related to the reform of college English teaching, including internal factors, like teacher factors, students factors and teaching process operation; external factors, like redefinition of talents training program and optimization of teachers＇ knowledge structure.
