摘要
对员工进行培训是一个企业自身竞争力提升的基础,企业要想达到预期的竞争效果,首先要从内部基础抓起。本文重点从企业培训员工的特点入手,分析了企业培训管理人员应该如何根据企业的发展特点来培训企业员工,并提出了相应的管理措施来保证各项管理方法可以得到真正的运用。
The staff training is the foundation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, enterprises should start from the internal foundation if they want to achieve desired effect. This paper focuses on characteristics of staff training, analyzes the way of enterprises to train employees according to their own characteristics, and proposes corresponding management measures to ensure its usage effect
