摘要
以自编《幼儿园教师急救知识和技能调查问卷》为主要研究工具,以160名幼儿园教师为研究对象,本研究对当前幼儿园教师掌握儿童急救知识和技能的现状进行了调查。结果发现幼儿园教师的儿童急救知识和技能水平偏低;职业、学历和专业会影响幼儿园教师的儿童急救知识和技能水平;已有幼儿园教师急救培训效果不明显,与其培训形式、培训师资、培训时间间隔有关。今后应提高教师对儿童急救的认识,加强有关儿童急救知识与技能方面的培训,并将教师的掌握程度纳入教师工作考核体系。
The investigation questionnaires of 160 kindergarten teachers showed that first-aid knowledge and skills of kindergarten teachers were low. The first-aid training which teachers had received was not effective, which was related to the training methods, training teachers and training time. It need improve teachers' first-aid knowledge and skills in the future.
