摘要
当前幼儿园教师专业自主发展意识薄弱,幼儿园也较少关注教师自身在专业发展中的作用。实施创意戏剧课程对教师专业自主发展意识与行为均产生了较大的助推作用,具体表现在创意戏剧课程有助于增强教师专业自主发展的意识、有助于幼儿园形成有利于教师专业自主发展的环境。
Current preschool teachers＇ independent professional development is weak, and kindergarten also pays less attention to the role of teachers themselves in their professional development. The implementation of creative drama courses can promote teachers＇ autonomous professional development by improving their independent development consciousness and help kindergarten create a kind of environment that can give teachers many supports during their professional development.
