印度手法小切口白内障手术临床实用性分析

Clinical application of India Manual Small Incision cataract surgery

目的回顾性总结印度手法小切口白内障手术在国内开展的临床实用性经验。方法对2014年12月至2015年4月期间在宿迁市人民院眼科住院的100例白内障患者，行印度手法小切口白内障手术，随诊1个月。观察手术的一般情况、并发症及术后视力等情况。分析印度手法小切口要点，并对印度手法小切口白内障手术临床实用性进行总结。结果全部病例手术均顺利，手术效果良好，无严重手术并发症发生。结论印度手法小切口更适合于大规模、成批量白内障手术操作。但是同情有差异，总结经验，形成适合自己的手法小切口才是关键。

Objective To make a retrospective summary on the clinical application with India Manual Small Incision cataract surgery. Methods A total of 100 cataract patients were underwent India Manual Small Incision cataract surgery from December 2014 to April 2015 in our bospital. The follow-up period included one month. General situation, complication and post-operation visual acuity were observed. The surgery points about India Manual Small Incision cataract surgery were analyzed and made a retrospective summary on the clinical application with them. Results All 100 cases were smoothly accomplished and obtained good operative outcomes. None of these cases were hap- pened operative complication. Conclusions The India Small Incision is particularly suitable for the conditions on a large scale. But there are different between the states of the union. The key is to summarize experience and develop our own methods of small incision.
