先天性黄斑视网膜劈裂一例

摘要患者男。17岁。双眼自幼视物不清，于2014年9月就诊我院。幼年曾就诊于当地医院诊断为双眼屈光不正、弱视，并予以弱视训练，效果不佳。患者既往体健，无全身病史，无早产及吸氧史，家族成员中无类似疾病史。眼科检查：视力：右眼0．2，左眼0．3；
