摘要
为开发新型天然保鲜剂,以赣南脐橙"纽荷尔"为试材,研究三颗针提取液复合壳聚糖涂膜处理对脐橙贮藏期间果实品质和生理生化的影响。试验结果表明,与对照组相比,单一壳聚糖涂膜和三颗针提取液复合壳聚糖涂膜处理都能有效地减少贮藏过程中果实的失重率和腐烂率,维持较高的总糖、可溶性固形物(TSS)、可滴定酸(TA)和维生素C(Vc)含量,减少整个期间丙二醛(MDA)和过氧化氢(H2O2)含量的积累,并能更好地维持贮藏后期较高的苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、多酚氧化酶(PPO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗性酶活性,但三颗针复合涂膜的效果更优,说明三颗针复合涂膜处理能更有效地延缓果实品质的下降,提高脐橙果实的抗病能力,这也将为三颗针提取液在果蔬保鲜上的应用奠定理论依据。
In order to exploit new and natural preservatives,the effects of barberry root extracts combined coating on preservation of ‘Newhall'navel orange were studied. The results showed that,compared with the control group,chitosan coating and its combination with barberry root extracts could reduce decay rate and weight loss effectively during the whole storage time,keep higher contents of total sugar and TSS and TA and Vc,and they could inhibit MDA and H2O2 accumulation significantly,keep higher resistive enzymes' activities at the late storage period,such as PAL,PPO,POD and SOD,but barberry root extracts combined coating proved superior.It suggested that barberry root extracts combined coating can increase disease resistance effectively,delay quality disintegration.These results will provide a theoretical basis for the application of barberry root extracts on preservation of fruits and vegetables.
