中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育的疗效分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of immune infertility

目的探讨中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育的疗效。方法选取2015年3月～2016年2月我院免疫性不孕不育症患者96例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。给予对照组西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药治疗。观察两组患者的疗效。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为97.9%,高于对照组的79.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗免疫性不孕不育,能够增加患者受孕的几率,值得临床应用。

Objective To explore the effect of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on the treatment of immune infertility.Methods From March 2015 to February 2016, 96 cases of immune infertility in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 48 cases. Give the control group western medicine treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Observe the curative effect of two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.9%, higher than that of the control group, there were differences between the groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of immune infertility, can increase the body of the patient＇s pregnancy.
