航空制造企业数字化质量管理研究

Research on Digital Quality Management in Aviation Manufacturing Enterprises

质量管理是航空制造企业核心业务之一,它覆盖了从产品的设计、采购、工艺、制造到售后服务的全生命周期。本文针对当前航空制造企业质量管理体系的特点,描述数字化质量管理在企业信息化建设中的位置、总体目标及分解目标。同时,以某大型航空制造企业为背景,构建了一套集成质量系统,分析了其与PDM、CAPP、MES、ERP、TDM等系统的集成关系。

Quality management,one of the core business in aviation manufacturing enterprises,covers the whole life cycle from product design,purchase,workmanship and manufacturing to after-sales service. Aiming at the characteristics of the current quality management system of aviation manufacturing enterprises,this paper describes the position,the overall goal and the goal of the digital quality management in the enterprise informationization. At the same time,by taking a large aviation manufacturing enterprise as the background,the paper puts forward the establishment of a set of integrated quality system（IQS） with special emphasis on the integration of PDM,CAPP,MES,ERP,TDM and other systems.
