从知识产权角度谈中国企业的自主创新之路

Discussion on Independent Innovation Road for Chinese Enterprises from the Perspective of Intellectual Property

自主创新和知识产权保护已经成为目前中国企业立足于国内市场、走向国际市场的必由之路。本文站在知识产权的角度,从前期进行专利分析实现资源搜集和汇总、合法使用他人技术、自主创新的方式和方法等方面,对中国企业的自主创新提出了几点浅见,以期对中国企业的发展有所裨益。

Independent innovation and intellectual property protection is the only way for Chinese enterprises to base on both in the domestic and the international market. This paper gives several opinions for independent innovation of Chinese enterprises by standing in the perspective of intellectual property. The opinions for independent innovation include early patent analysis in order to collect and aggregate resources, legitimate using of other＇s technology, and ways and means of independent innovation and so on. This paper will be beneficial to the development of Chinese enterprises.
