改良成人扁桃体切除手术切口的临床研究

Clinical study of modified incision for tonsillectomy in adult patients

目的探讨改良成人扁桃体切除手术切口的临床疗效。方法 68例扁桃体手术患者,将两侧扁桃体随机分为改良组和传统组进行扁桃体手术治疗,分别记录两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量和术后咽部疼痛情况,并进行比较。结果改良组术中出血量为(26.9±5.7)m L明显少于传统组的(28.9±5.7)m L,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);手术时间为(25.8±3.5)min明显短于传统组的(28.2±4.3)min;术后咽部疼痛评分少于传统组,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论扁桃体手术改良切口与传统切口相比,术中出血量较少,手术时间较短,术后咽部疼痛较轻。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of modified operative incision in adult tonsillectomy. Methods A total of 68 patients with bilateral tonsilla were randomly divided into modified group and conventional group,and the patients were treated with tonsillectomy under modified operative incision and conventional incision respectively. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss,post-operative pain were recorded and compared,respectively. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the modified group was（ 26. ± 5. 7） m L,significantly less than（ 28. 9 ± 5. 7） m L of the traditional group（ P 0. 05）; The operation time of modified group was（ 25. 8 ± 3. 5） min,significantly shorter than（ 28. 2 ± 4. 3） min of the traditional group（ P 0. 05）. Postoperative pharyngeal pain scores were less than conventional,the difference was statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The modified incision compared with conventional incision for tonsillectomy on adult patients have shorter operating time,less intraoperative blood loss,quicker recovery of postoperative pain.
