珠江-西江经济带内河航运智能过闸服务机制研究

Research on river intelligent lockage service mechanisms of the Pearl River–Xi River Economic Belt

针对珠江-西江经济带内河航运智能过闸服务的特性以及智能过闸系统技术特点,对内河航运智能过闸的信息服务、应急救援服务、过闸预警、过闸调度机制进行研究,并对建立内河航运智能过闸服务机制所涉及的技术标准、技术应用和信息安全问题进行分析。研究结果表明建立内河航运智能过闸服务机制对提升珠江-西江航道船闸过闸效率及优化过闸流程有积极意义。

Providing the features of river intelligent lockage service mechanisms of the Pearl River-Xi River Economic Belt and its system technology characteristics, the fiver intelligent lockage service mechanisms developed in information service, emergency rescue service, lockage early warning service and lockage scheduling are studied. The technical standard, technology appliance and information security issues involved in the set-up of this service mechanism are discussed as well. The research proves that the set-up of river intelligent lockage service mechanism contributes to lockage efficiency improvement and process optimization of the Pearl River-Xi River waterway.
