基于清单编制的广西温室气体排放统计核算体系现状研究

Study on the current situation of greenhouse gas emissions statistics index system base on listing of greenhouse gases

文章中的研究立足于广西,从理论和实证的角度,根据省级温室气体排放清单的编制方法,分析现行基础统计指标体系与清单编制需要之间存在的问题,对建立适用于广西国民经济和社会发展特点的温室气体排放统计指标体系提出了对策建议。

Based on Guangxi, according to compiling methods of provincial greenhouse gas emissions inventory, this study has analyzed the problems between current basic statistical indicator system and demands of inventory compiling from both theoretical and empirical perspectives. It has put forward suggestions on establishing greenhouse gas emission statistic index system which is suitable for economic and social development features of Guangxi.
