摘要
氧化淀粉属于原淀粉的一类衍生物,由原淀粉在次氯酸钠、过氧化氢等氧化剂氧化得到。氧化淀粉具有生物可降解性,安全卫生性,良好的稳定性、成模性及胶黏性等。因此广泛地运用于医药、食品、纺织、造纸等工业,目前废水处理已成为应用的热点。文章综述了国内外关于氧化淀粉的性质、应用的最新研究。
Oxidized starch is a kind of starch derivatives; it was prepared by the original starch which was oxidized through the sodium hypochlorite oxidant and hydrogen peroxide oxidant. Oxidized starch is biodegradable, safe and hygienic sex, good stability, film forming ability, glue viscosity, and so on. Therefore, it was widely used in medicine, food, textile, papermaking industry. At present, the wastewater treatment has become a hot topic. In this paper, the nature of the oxidized starch and the latest research of application at home and abroad are reviewed.
