延续护理在肺癌化疗患者中的应用

The application of the continuation of nursing in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy

目的:探讨延续护理在肺癌化疗患者中应用的临床效果。方法:将广西中医药大学第一附属医院2014年10月至2015年6月收治的60例肺癌化疗患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施延续护理服务,比较两组临床护理效果。结果:实施延续护理服务后,研究组SAS评分和SDS评分均低于对照组,护理服务各项内容均优于对照组,护理满意率(93.0%)高于对照组(70.0%),比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:实施延续护理服务,可有效改善肺癌化疗患者负性情绪,有助于提高其治疗依从性和护理满意程度,值得在临床上加以推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of continuous nursing in patients with lung cancer chemotherapy. Methods： 60 cases of lung cancer patients treated in our hospital from October 2014 to June 2015 wcrc randomly divided into study group and control group, 30 cases in each group, the control group received conventional nursing, and the research group implemented the continuation of nursing service, compared with two groups of clinical nursing effect. Results： aRcr the implcrncntation of extended care services, the study group SAS and SDS score wcrc lower than the control group, the content of nursing service wcrc better than the control group, the nursing satisfaction rate （93%） was higher than that of the control group （70%）, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the implcrncntation of extended care services can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with lung cancer chemotherapy, and can improve the treatment compliancc and nursing satisfaction, it is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
