摘要
近年来我国食品安全事故频繁发生,儿童也深受其害,培养小学生的食品安全意识,才能够减少儿童食品安全事故的发生,有利于他们的身心健康发展,提升其健康素质。调查显示湖南小学生食品安全意识薄弱,小学周边的食品安全状况令人堪忧。为了有效提高小学生的食品安全意识,应该大力普及小学生食品安全知识,培养其对待食品安全的正确态度,最终促使其形成良好的食品安全行为习惯。
In recent years, the increasing of food safety issues has promoted questions regarding the role of food safety awareness in children's perceptions of food safety and quality. In order to reduce the food safety issues and improve the health conception, the awareness of food safety for children in primary school was investigated in this article. The results indicated that the weak awareness of food safety is common for children in primary school. Hence, the education of food safety is universally required toward changing attitudes and behaviors most likely to result in foodborne illness.
