摘要
广西包装饮用水产业拥有丰富的自然资源,但是人才、技术、资本资源匮乏,基础设施薄弱,造成品牌竞争力不强。文章以迈克尔.波特教授的"钻石模型"理论为基础,深入分析广西包装饮用水产业的竞争力现状,企图找出制约广西包装饮用水产业发展的原因,并提出相应的建议。
The advantage of Guangxi packaged drinking water is having abundant natural resource, but lacking in talents, technology as well as capital sources, and the weakness of infrastructure lead to the less competitive in brand than other regions. This paper, based on the Michael Porter's Diamond Model, elaborate analyses the competitiveness situation of Guangxi packaged drinking water industry, attempting to discover its constraints and raise advices accordingly.
