摘要 当前,我国经济发展进入了减速换挡的新常态,有别于过去的"增速为上",当下中国社会经济的发展,更追求发展质量。在这样的背景下,多年来主要追求大规模高产值高增速的国有企业,可以说既面临新挑战又迎来新机遇。而企业文化建设作为企业在长期的生产经营活动中积累沉淀下来的价值观和价值取向,是促进企业健康持续发展的内在动力,好的企业文化能促进广大员工激发使命感和责任感。因此,在新常态背景下,国有企业必须要与时俱进、顺势而上、不失时机地打造企业文化建设。 Currently, the economic development of China has entered the "new normal" stage, which means that the economy has shifted gear from the previous high speed to a medium-to-high speed growth. Compared with the past, when speed is regarded as the absolute criterion, the quality of development is given more emphasis at present. Under this circumstance, the state-owned enterprises that have always taken large scale, high output value and high speed as aim are actually encountered with both opportunities and challenges. The enterprise culture, as the value accumulated in long term production and operation activities, serves as inner motivation for the healthy and sustainable development of the enterprise and could promote certain sense of mission and responsibility among staff. Therefore, under the background of "new normal", the state-owned enterprises should keep up with the times and seize the opportunity to forge enterprise culture.
