摘要
利用教师问题与学生回答水平的评价量表,以一位优秀教师7节课的问题为研究样本,通过统计检验方法探讨了课堂中"问—答"一致性问题,数据结果表明:对于优秀教师"有问有答"的问题,问答水平一致性较好,所提问题的水平高低会显著影响学生的作答水平;但保留学生未作答的问题样本,一致性检验结果则并不理想,结合分组一致性分析发现,教学内容对提问数量及问答一致与否具有影响。为达成教学预期目标,实现有效提问,教师应注重改善提问模式,综合考虑多种因素的影响,明确为促进教学而提问才是正确的目标方向。
Using the evaluation scale of teacher's questioning and student's answering level and choosing the questions in 7 lessons by nne excellent teacher as the research sample, we have investigated the consistency of questioning and answering in classroom by applying statistic: test methods. Thc resuits showed that, for an excellent leacher, those questions with answers have good consistency in the level of questioning and answering, that is the questioning level will significantly afftect the level of student's answering; But the consistency test result was not good if we retained the question samples without students' answers, while eonsistency analysis of different groups tound that the teaching content has influence nn the number of questions and the consistency of questioning and answering. To achieve teaching goals and ask effective questions during instruCtion, teachers should change the questioning mode, comperehensively consider the eltect of various influence factors on effective questioning, and clearly understand the right target direction of asking questions is to promote teaching.
