实习教师的角色发展与反应特征——基于教育实习关键事件的质化研究 被引量:6

摘要 实习教师在教育实习期间会经历一些对教育观念、教育行为、专业发展产生较大影响的关键事件。立足关键事件以质化研究的方式探究实习教师的成长变化,结果发现:实习教师在实习期间会经历角色准备期、角色适应期、角色正式期、角色矛盾期、角色回归期五个发展阶段,并在不同发展阶段表现出不同的反应特征。揭示实习教师在各个角色发展阶段的反应特征,有利于深入了解实习教师的内部思维机制与心理变化,对优化教育实习的组织与管理工作具有积极的参考作用。 The student teachers usually experience some critical incidents that have great influence on their educational thought, educational behavior and professional development during education practice. Based on the research of critical incidents to explore the changes of student teachers shows that they will experience five role development periods which include preparation, adaptation, profession, contradiction, regression and show different reac- tion characteristics in each period. To reveal the reaction characteristics of student teachers in each role development period is deeply conductive to under- stand their internal thinking mechanism and psychological change, which have positive effect on the organization and management of education practice.
