针对地震灾害的综合医院救灾安全性评价及减灾策略 被引量:4

RELIEF SAFETY EVALUATION AND DESIGN STRATEGIES FOR THE GENERAL HOSPITAL ON THE STUDY OF EARTHQUAKE DISASTER

摘要 我国是受地震灾害影响最为严重的国家之一,灾后对承担应急医疗救护任务的救灾医院需求巨大。基于此,在分析国内外研究进展的基础上,建立一种综合医院救灾安全性评价方法,并提出综合医院救灾安全性优化设计或改造策略,从而为我国医院应对灾害的防御能力和应急救护能力提供技术支撑。 China is one of the earthquake-prone countries. It is important for the hospital to ensure its own security and undertake the arduous task of emergency rescue. On the basis of analysis of the domestic and foreign research progress,this paper established a relief hospital preliminary safety evaluation system for earthquake disaster and proposed the optimal design or reform safety recommendations,so as to provide technical support for Chinese hospitals to cope with the disaster prevention and emergency rescue capability.
