摘要
以木质工字梁的研究为基础,结合我国目前基本国情,提出了一种以Glu Bam胶合竹板为基材、通过环氧树脂胶进行连接的Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁。采用两端简支,在试件净跨三分点处的两点加载方式对14根Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁进行了抗弯性能试验研究,同时分析探讨了Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁的破坏形态、破坏原因以及极限承载力。试验结果表明:Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁跨中截面的应变沿梁高方向基本符合平截面假定,具有优良的整体工作性能。Glu Bam胶合竹工字梁的强度一般由腹板的性能控制,破坏时翼缘竹材应变远未达到其极限应变强度。
This paper discussed the possibility of using glued laminated bamboo( Glu Bam) to replace timber in making the I-shape joists. The loading experiments of the fourteen Glu Bam I-shape joist specimens were carried out by using two-point loading method. The failure mode, mechanism and ultimate load carrying capacity were investigated. The testing results indicated that the Glu Bam I-shape joists behaved well and exhibited excellent mechanical properties. The strain measurements indicated that the plane assumption could be applied to the Glu Bam I-shape joists,and the stiffness could be calculated based on conventional beam theory. The ultimate strength of the Glu Bam I-shape joists could be calculated based on the theoretical equation of lateral torsional buckling.
