摘要
基于16个不同保护层厚度及箍筋间距的梁端式试件,研究保护层厚度及箍筋的耦合作用对极限黏结强度的影响。试验结果表明:增大保护层厚度可以显著提高极限黏结强度;配置箍筋可以增大极限黏结强度,但是增大幅度较小;当保护层厚度较大时,箍筋对极限黏结强度的贡献作用减小。从混凝土保护层以及箍筋两种约束出发,提出了混凝土保护层增强系数、箍筋增强系数的概念,并提出可综合考虑混凝土保护层厚度与强度、箍筋数量及锚固黏结长度影响效应的极限黏结强度的计算式。
This study focused on the ultimate bond strength based on combined effects of concrete cover and stirrups.Sixteen beam end specimens with different concrete cover thickness and stirrups spacing were designed and tested.The effect of coupling between the cover thickness and stirrup on the ultimate bond strength was studied. The results showed that the increasing of both concrete cover thickness and stirrups could improve the bond strength between concrete and steel bars and the former contributed more. Based on the experimental results,the concepts of the concrete cover enhancement coefficient and the stirrups enhancement coefficient were proposed,and the formulas considering the concrete cover thickness,strength,stirrups spaces and anchoring bond length were also proposed to calculate the ultimate bond strength of reinforced concrete.
