摘要
通过对相关技术标准水平风荷载作用下的单层轻钢结构临建房屋结构骨架及整体分析,将有限元分析结果与试验结果进行比较,保证有限元模型的准确性。使用经过验证的有限元建模方法对两层及三层轻钢结构临建房屋进行结构整体分析,考察结构侧移与相关技术标准要求的差距,揭示墙面板对多层房屋整体结构的刚度起到的有利作用,在设计中通过考虑这种作用可减少材料用量及建造成本。采用通用钢结构分析软件进行结构简化分析,提出考虑墙板作用的等效交叉支撑实用设计方法,给出等效支撑直径的取值公式,并提出设计建议。
The analyses were conducted on frame structure and integral structure of monolayer light steel temporary buildings under wind load. The finite element analysis results were compared with the test results,in order to ensure the correctness of the finite element models. The integral structure analyses were conducted on two layers and three layers light steel temporary buildings by using the proven finite element modeling method,and the distinction between the structural and the regulations' requirements was examined. The results showed that the wall panels played a favorable role in the stiffness of the multilayer integral structures. And it could reduce the material consumption and the construction costs by considering this effect in the design. General steel structure analysis software was used for simplified structure analyses,and a kind of practical design method with equivalent cross brace was recommended to consider the effect of the wall panels. Meanwhile the calculation formulae of equivalent cross braces and the design proposals were given.
