转基因豆粕对生长猪免疫机能、小肠消化酶活性和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Genetically Modified Soybean Meal on the Immune Function,Intestinal Digestive Enzyme Activities and Serum Biochemical Indexes of Growing Pigs

摘要 本试验旨在研究转基因豆粕(MON89788)对生长猪的饲用效果,主要检测对生长猪的免疫机能、肠道消化酶活性、血清生化指标和体质量增长的影响。20头杜×长×大三元杂交生长猪随机分为2组,每组10头。分别饲喂非转基因豆粕和转基因豆粕(MON89788)饲粮,试验期35d。结果表明,杜×长×大三元杂交生长猪短期(35d)饲用转基因豆粕(MON89788),血清猪瘟抗体水平、免疫器官指数、小肠内容物胰蛋白酶、脂肪酶和淀粉酶活性及猪的平均日增重均无显著变化(P>0.05);猪血清碱性磷酸酶活性和肌酐含量转基因豆粕组显著高于非转基因豆粕组(P<0.05),血清谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶活性、葡萄糖、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白、尿素氮含量两组间均无显著差异(P>0.05)。可见,杜×长×大三元杂交生长猪短期(35d)饲用转基因豆粕(MON89788),能显著提高血清碱性磷酸酶活性和肌酐含量,对其他免疫机能、肠道酶活性、血清生化指标和体质量增长均无显著影响。 A experiment was conducted to assess the feeding value of genetically modified soybean meal(MON89788))on the growing pigs.The test included the immune function,activity of digestive enzymes in intestines,serum biochemical indexes and growth performance of growing pigs.Twenty Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire(DLY)Hybrid pigs were randomly divided into two groups,with 10 pigs per group fed with diets containing genetically modified soybean meal and non-genetically modified soybean meal respectively for 35 days.The result showed that,the antibody level to classical swine fever virus,the immune organ indexes,the activities of trypsin,amylase and lipase of intestinal contents and average daily gain of pigs in test group did not change significantly compared to the control group(P〉0.05).While the serum alkaline phosphatase activity(ALP)and creatinine(Cr)level of treatment group increased significantly compared to the control group(P〈0.05),the activity of serum glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase(GOT)and glutamate pyruvate transaminase(GPT),glucose,triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol,serum concentration of total protein,albumin,globulin and urea nitrogen(Bun)showed no significant variation compared to the control(P〉0.05).Therefore,Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshire(DLY)Hybrid growing pigs fed genetically modified soybean meal for 35 days,serum alkaline phosphatase activity and creatinine levels were significantly increased,but it had no significant effect on the other of immune function,intestinal enzyme activity, serum biochemical indexes and weight gain.
