浒苔降解菌的筛选及发酵条件优化

摘要 本文以具有腐烂病状的浒苔为样品,从中筛选分离得到产浒苔降解酶的海洋微生物菌株X-5,同时对菌株X-5生长特性、最适发酵条件进行了研究。通过单因素实验确定菌株X-5产浒苔降解酶的最适发酵条件为:浒苔浓度为2.5%;氯化铵浓度为0.8%;NaCl浓度为3%;在接种量7%,26℃下恒温培养时间60h,获得菌株酶活力最高。 This thesis mainly collected from Qingdao first bathing beach life during ebb tide has rot symptoms enteromorpha as samples,from screening produce enteromorpha ubiquitins were isolated from Marine microscopic strain X-5,at the same time to the strains of X-5growth characteristics,culture conditions and fermentation to produce enzymes was studied.Strain was determined by the single factor experiment of X-5enteromorpha degradation enzyme production better culture conditions:enteromorpha concentration is 2.5%;Ammonium chloride concentration is 0.8%;Best NaCl concentration is 3%;Quantity of7%;Better training for 26 ℃temperature;Training time 60h;to obtain the highest dynamic strains enzyme.
