国外流通经验对我国商贸流通业发展方式转变的启示

Transformation of Development Mode of China's Commercial Trade and Circulation Industry:Insight from Foreign Experience

从国外发达国家商贸流通业发展方式入手,探究国外商贸流通业在信息技术水平、流通结构、现代化水平、经营模式以及人才等方面的成功经验。结合现行我国商贸流通业发展状态,分析国外流通经验对我国商贸流通发展的启示,提出推动我国商贸流通业发展方式转变的对策,从而推动我国商贸流通业向现代化、高效化、健康化和系统化发展。

In this paper, starting from the development mode of the commercial trade and circulation industry in developed countries,we explored the successful experience thereof in terms of information technology, circulation structure, modernization, operational mode and talent cultivation, etc. Then in view of the current status of the development of the industry in China, we analyzed the insight we can gain from the foreign experience and at the end, proposed the countermeasures to promote the transformation of the commerce trade and circulation industry in China.
