Joining the WTO makes the moral education of China face the new environment, which not only has beneficial factors but negative factors, not only opportunity but challenge. We must regard the 'Three Representatives' as the guideline and make the moral education of China creative; build a new moral education model and strengthen the usefulness of the moral education of China; make the best use of the network technique, enrich the moral education and improve the pattern of the moral education; foster the talents; strengthen the international communication, draw lessons from the experience of the education of abroad morals; enforce the foster of a certain important moral consciousness.
