摘要
目的:了解广州市城镇居民高血脂症及及其影响因素。方法:选取2015年3月至2015年9月于广州市干部疗养院体检中心进行体检者1 218例作为研究对象,收集一般资料并对体检人群进行体格检查和血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)检测。多因素Logistic回归分析可能影响血脂水平的因素。结果:共纳入1 218名研究对象,TG(1.37±1.02)mmol/L、血浆TC(4.31±1.49)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.22±0.32)mmol/L、空腹血糖(3.76±0.83)mmol/L、收缩压(113.9±15.2)mmHg、舒张压(63.46±10.23)mmHg。单纯性高胆固醇血症、单纯性高甘油三酯血症、混合高脂血症、单纯性低高密度脂蛋白胆固醇血症、高血糖、高血压患病率分别为11.3%、12.2%、4.4%、3.5%、9.4%、9.2%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,高龄、低文化程度、吸烟、饮酒、高血压史、糖尿病史为发生血脂异常影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:血脂异常的发生率较高,高龄、低文化程度、吸烟、饮酒、高血压史、糖尿病史是其主要影响因素。
Objective: To investigate the hyperlipidemia and its influential factors in urban residents of Guangzhou City. Methods: Between March 2015 and September 2015,health checkup subjects at Guangzhou Cadre's Sanatorium were included in this study. For this health checkup population,we collected demographic data,performed physical examinations,and the tests for serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,HDL cholesterol.Multivariate Logistic regression was used to analyze the factors that may affect blood lipid levels. Results: A total of 1218 subjects were included. The mean values of tests were: triglycerides( 1. 37 ± 1. 02) mmol / L,plasma cholesterol( 4.31±1.49) mmol / L,HDL-C( 1.22±0.32) mmol / L,fasting blood glucose( 3.76±0.83) mmol / L,systolic blood pressure( 113. 9 ± 15. 2) mmHg,and diastolic blood pressure( 63. 46 ± 10. 23) mmHg. The prevalence rates of simple hypercholesterolemia,simple hypertriglyceridemia,mixed hyperlipidemia,simple hypo-HDL-emia,hyperglycemia,and hypertension were 11.3%,12.2%,4.4 %,3.5%,9.4% and 9.2% in the population. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age,low education level,smoking,alcohol consumption,history of hypertension and history of diabetes were influential factors for occurrence of dyslipidemia( P 0. 05). Conclusion: High prevalence of dyslipidemia was found in health checkup subjects. Age,low education level,smoking,alcohol consumption,history of hypertension and history of diabetes are the major influential factors of dyslipidemia.
