中医推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎的应用效果

Chinese massage for treatment of degenerative arthritis of the knee joint: a preliminary evaluation of patient outcome

目的：研究中医推拿治疗退行性膝关节炎的应用效果。方法：选取2013年12月-2014年12月来本院就诊的89例发生退行性膝关节炎患者为研究对象,将其随机分成治疗组与对照组。对照组使用玻璃酸钠进行治疗,观察组患者行中医推拿治疗,治疗结束后,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的总例数为44例,有效率为90.91%;对照组患者例数为45例,有效率为73.33%,组间比较差异有统计学意义,（χ^2=5.687,P〈0.05）。结论：使用西医基础治疗为辅,中医推拿为主的方式,对退行性膝关节病变者进行相关治疗,能够取得相对满意的治疗效果。

Objective： To investigate the treatment outcomes of degenerative arthritis of the knee joint by Chinese massage. Methods： The study included 89 patients with degenerative arthritis of the knee in our hospital between December 2013 and December 2014. The subjects were randomly divided into treatment and control groups. The control group received sodium hyaluronate; in addition to this,the study group received Chinese massage. After treatment,we compared the clinical outcomes of the two groups. Results： The effective rate was 90.91% in in the study group consisting of 44 patients,and 73. 33% in the control group consisting of 45 patients,with statistically significant difference between the two groups（ χ~2= 5. 687,P 0. 05）. Conclusion：Chinese massage added on western medicine for treatment of degenerative knee joint disorder may achieve satisfactory therapeutic effects,minimize the medical costs,and improve the quality of life in the patients.Therefore this is worthwhile for widespread use in clinical practice.
