摘要
针对电石炉系统的特点,设计出一种自适应PID控制器。首先对被控对象的参数进行在线辨识,采用带遗忘因子的递推最小二乘算法得到满意的参数估计,然后结合极点配置法计算最优调节器的在线参数,最后对调节器的在线参数整定综合的控制。仿真试验表明,这种自适应PID控制器优于常规的PID控制器,用于电石炉控制系统可达到良好的动静态性能。
According to the characteristics of calcium carbide furnace system, a kind of adaptive PID controller is designed. First the parameters of the controlled object are online identificated, adopting with forgetting factor recursive least squares algorithm to get satisfactory parameter estimation. And then calculates the optimal controller parameters on-line combined with the pole assignment method. Finally, sets online parameter for the regulator's control. The simulation results show that, the adaptive PID controller is better than the conventional PID controller, it is used in calcium carbide furnace control system to achieve good dynamic and static performance.
