摘要
基于SECI原始模型,考虑教与学翻转,以针对方向的组织模型构建为基础,利用已经成为现代生活一部分的各种智能终端设备,确立网络技术创新研究实践与职业能力的教学方案,建立补充实体场的虚拟场。构建风险投资、一般项目环境与仿真相结合的练习场以及全方位的教产学研信息技术环境。建立基于SECI的高等教育计算机网络技术实践教学模型。
Organizations are established based on SECI model and direction. ＂Virtual Ba＂ is established by technologies of mobile smart terminal for innovation research and engineering practice. Exercise field established by venture capital, projects and simulation software. The practical teaching mode is established based on SECI for computer network technology.
