基于PC-PLC控制的脉冲氢闸流管老练测试系统

摘要 为了满足脉冲氢闸流管老练测试系统控制要求,克服恶劣的电磁干扰环境,建立一个基于PC-PLC方式的控制系统,介绍测试系统组成和工作原理。设计的PC-PLC控制系统实现了老练系统各控制对象的远程协调工作,可调重复频率脉冲输出以及管子性能参数的远程实时监测等功能;采用光纤传输,克服了管子双脉冲触发时预触发脉冲输出瞬间对主触发脉冲造成的干扰,保证了触发单元的稳定性;利用VB开发用户交互式界面进行上位机设计和测试。测试结果表明:该控制系统在高压强电磁干扰环境中运行可靠、稳定,通信准确、实时,系统功能和技术指标能满足设计要求。 In order to satisfy the pluse hydrogen thyratron aging test system control requirements, to overcome the severe electromagnetic interference environment, build a control system based on PC-PLC, introduces the composition and working principle of the testing system. Design of PC-PLC control system, accomplishes remote control of thyratron trigger system, out of adjustable repetitive rate pluse, and measure the performance parameters of the thyratron in remote real-time. The optical fiber communication technology was used for transmitting the thyratron trigger pulse to enhanced the trigger system's antijamming ability; using VB to develop user interactive interface for PC design and testing. Test results show that the control system in high pressure strong electromagnetic interference environment, reliable operation, stable, accurate communication, real-time, system function and technical indicators can meet the design requirements.
