摘要 针对后方航材仓库建设过程中选址这一多属性决策问题,提出一种基于层次分析法(analytic hierarchy process,AHP)和模糊物元分析法(FMEA)的物流中心选址方案的优度评价方法。根据航材仓库选址方案评价问题的特点,在考虑选址方案评价指标信息模糊性特征的基础上,对后方航材仓库选址影响因素进行分析,建立物元模型,通过AHP计算出各评价因子权重及关联函数,对选址方案合理性进行评价,比较选择出整体最优方案。实验结果证明:该方法可以方便地获得最优的综合评价方案,通过对各特征量值关联度的分析揭示待评对象的利弊面,从而指导航材仓库需选址方案的动态管理。 For rear air material warehouse location selection of the multi-attribute decision-making problems during construction, put forward logistic location selection plan evaluation method based on AHP-FMEA. According to features of air material warehouse location selection evaluation, based on considering the fuzzy characteristics location plan evaluation index information, analyze rear air material warehouse location selection influence factor, establish material element model, calculate evaluation factor weighting and related function by AHP, evaluate location selection rationality, compare and select overall optimal plan. The test results shows that: the method can easily select best evaluation plan, reflect advantages and disadvantages of evaluation target by feature quantity and value relation degree, then give reference for dynamic management of air material warehouse location selection plan.
