摘要
我国多半矿井均存在顶板安全隐患,为了切实有效地防范现场冒顶事故,通过大量已有事故分析、现场情况调研,设计了一种通过采集井下煤体(岩体)内部应力、支架工作阻力、支架倾角等参数对矿井支护实现动态监测的顶板监测系统。应用表明:该系统反应迅速、准确、误报率低,能实时有效地预测顶板危害,有效降低了矿井冒顶事故的发生。
In our country, roof safety hidden trouble exists in most parts of coal mines. To prevent roof fall accident effectively,through a large number of existing accident analysis and field investigation, the author designed a roof monitoring system, which can realize the dy- namic monitoring on supporting of mine shaft through the acquisition of parameters,including internal stress and working resistance of support,inclined angle of mine support, and so on. Application shows that,the system responds quickly and accurately, and has a low rate of false alarm, and can predict the roof damage real-time and effectively, has reduced the roof fall accidents of coal mine.
