摘要
综述Notch信号通路在Barrett食管中的研究现状及展望，为胃食管反流病及Barrett食管的防治提供新的研究方向。Notch是影响细胞命运和分化的重要信号通路，对其进行深入的研究可明确Notch信号通路参与Barrett食管化生的具体分子机制，为预防、早期诊断及治疗Barrett食管提供新的分子靶点。
Review the Notch signaling pathway in the status and prospects of Barrett＇s esophagus, for gastroesophageal re- flux disease and prevention provide a new research direction of Barrett＇s esophagus.
