The Arrangement of the Present Land System in China's Countryside

赋予农民长期而有保障的土地使用权 ,以市场经济原则促进土地有效流转 ,是现阶段农地制度安排的核心。本文用产权理论分析了赋予农民长期土地使用权的优越性和土地流转的必要性 。

The focus of the present stage in land system is to ensure that peasants have the right of land use and promote the effective transformation of land through market economy. This paper takes advantage of property theory to analyze the priority that peasants have land for a long period of time and puts forward the necessity of land transformation and its blue print.
