铁路零散货物快运过程分析与关键环节的探讨

Analysis on Process Analysis and Key Links of Railway Bulk Cargo Express

应用乌龟图过程分析法对铁路零散货物快运货物安全检查、制票、货物装车、中途站作业、货物卸车、入库保管、货物交付等作业过程进行分析,并以装车作业为例,从人、机、料、法、测量等5个方面分析铁路零散货物快运关键环节的作业过程,认为目前铁路零散货物快运主要存在运输时效性低、装卸作业效率和质量有待提高、物流基础设施能力不足、接取送达作业受限制等问题,提出加强铁路零散货物快运的措施,即加强零散货物快运的时效性,加大物流设备设施的投入,提高配送效率,加强零散货物快运人员队伍建设,充分利用既有设备设施。

By using the process analysis method with turtle diagram, this paper analyzes the operation process of railway bulk cargo express, including freight safety checking, ticket making operation, freight loading operation, operations in intermediate station, freight unloading operation, warehouse and store operation and freight delivery operation. Taking loading operation as an example, the paper analyzes the operation process in key links of railway bulk cargo express from 5 aspects including human, machine, materials, method and measurement, and studies the problems existing in the express like low transport timeliness, loading operation efficiency and quality need increasing, deficiency of logistic infrastructure capacity and limited receiving-delivery operation, and puts forward measures on strengthening the scattered cargo of railway express, such as strengthening timeliness of the express, increasing investment on logistic equipment and facilities, increasing delivery efficiency, enhancing the personnel team building of the express and fully using existing equipment and facilities.
