铁路货运站营业办理条件优化的探讨

铁路货运站作为铁路办理货物运输的场所,也是货运产品的营销窗口,优化货运站营业办理条件,是铁路货运组织从"内部生产型"向"满足需求型"转变的必然要求。通过分析既有货运站营业办理条件及存在的主要问题,提出货运站营业办理条件优化的建议,即:根据货运站服务功能确定办理条件,制订货运站统一营业办理条件,推进货运站统一信息化建设,明确货运站营业办理条件统一管理部门。

Railway freight transport yard, as a place of railway handling freight transportation, is a marketing window of freight transport products, so optimizing the business operating conditions in freight station is the necessary requirement of railway freight transport organization transferring from ＂internal production type＂ to ＂requirements satisfying type＂. Through analyzing the business operating conditions in existing freight station and its main problems, this paper puts forward suggestions on optimizing the conditions in the station, which include that the handling conditions should be determined according to service function of freight station, unified business operating condition in the station should be established, unified informatization building of the station should be promoted, the freight station operating conditions should be cleared, and the management department should be unified.
