Research and Development New Idea for Low Cost and High Performance X90 Grade Spiral Submerged Arc Welded Pipe

介绍了低成本、高性能X90级螺旋埋弧焊管的一种研发新思路,以一种X80卷板代替X90卷板研制X90螺旋埋弧焊管。分别从拉伸性能、夏比冲击性能、落锤撕裂性能、硬度和金相等方面阐述了该成分X80卷板及钢管优异的理化性能。研究发现,防腐后该X80钢管理化性能均能满足X90级标准要求,且与X90级卷板相比,该X80卷板在理化性能上存在较大的优势,且能克服前期研发X90遇到的问题与不足。

In this article,it introduced a new development idea for low cost, high performance X90 grade spiral submerged arc welded pipe, namely adopting X80 hot rolled coil instead of X90 hot rolled coil to manufacture X90 spiral submerged arc welded pipe. It expounded excellent physical and chemical property of X80 hot rolled coil and steel pipe from several aspects, such as tensile property, Charpy impact property, drop weight tear test, hardness, metallographic organization and so on. The results indicated that the physical and chemical property of X80 grade steel pipe can meet the standard requirements of X90 grade steel pipe,and compared with X90 grade hot rolled coil, X80 hot rolled coil has great advantage in physical and chemical property, it can overcome the problems and shortcomings in early development X90.
