摘要 针对应用于海水淡化装置中的铜合金管耐腐蚀性能差,易结垢的缺点,对钛焊管的工艺进行了研究。由于钛在湿氯气介质及海水中,具有极其优异的耐腐蚀性,即使在污染的海水中也保持有良好的耐腐蚀性,但钛管导热性能不及铜管,不过可以通过减小钛管壁厚来弥补其导热性不足,以逐步取代铜合金管,将会被广泛应用于海水淡化装置中。为了适应高端市场的需求,降低设备及其维护成本,提高换热效率,以壁厚小于0.5 mm的钛焊管为研究对象,通过对管坯钛带性能的要求、钛焊管生产线设备精度和稳定性控制,钛带成型及焊接工艺研究,成功焊接出了牌号为Gr.2厚径比(t/d)小于1.5%外径25.4 mm、壁厚0.3 mm的超薄壁钛焊管,各项性能达到了国际标准要求。 Aim at the disadvantages of copper alloy tube in sea water desalination device, such as poor corrosion resistance and easy to scale, it studied the welding process of titanium tube. Because of titanium in sea water and wet chlorine gas medium, has extremely excellent corrosion resistance, even in the polluted sea water also has a good corrosion resistance, but the thermal conductivity is not as good as copper, but the insufficient thermal conductivity of titanium tube can be compensated for by reducing the wall thickness, titanium tube will gradually replace the copper alloy tube, will be widely used in the desalination device. In order to meet the needs of high-end market, reduce the equipment and maintenance costs, increase thermal efficiency. In this article, taking titanium welded pipe with wall thickness less than 0.5 mm as the research object,through controlling the performance requirements of the titanium tube billet, titanium welded pipe production line equipment accuracy and stability, titanium belt forming and welding technology research, the Gr.2 ultra-thin titanium welded pipe(the t/d less than 1.5%, outside diameter 25.4 mm, wall thickness 0.3 mm), was successfully developed, and the performance reached the international standard requirements.
